How to buy a Gift Card, Certificate or Voucher

Please note the following terms and conditions when you purchase a gift card, certificate or voucher:

• Gift cards, certificates and vouchers MUST be presented at time of appointment in order to be valid for use
• Gift cards, certificates and vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Expiry date is noted on the card/certificate/voucher. 
• Gift cards, certificates and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift cards, certificates and vouchers are transferable
• Gift cards, certificates and vouchers cannot be split across multiple appointments where the value is for a set time. For example, a voucher for  90 minutes massage cannot be split into a 1 hour massage and a 30 minutes massage. 
• Where the voucher is for a dollar value, the voucher can be used across multiple appointments. For example, a $200 voucher can be used for  2 one hour massages. Feel free to discuss this with me when you make your booking. 
• Lost or stolen gift cards, certificates and vouchers will not be replaced.
